1. Introduction
Welcome to ExecaVox (execavox.digital). These terms govern your access to and use of our blog, podcast, case reviews, interviews, and extended content obtained via donations or subscription.
2. Scope of Services
ExecaVox offers the following categories:
- Free blog articles and podcast episodes focused on executive life.
- One-on-one and group coaching sessions as bespoke services.
- Information products such as e-books, guides, and recorded workshops.
- Physical goods, including branded merchandise.
- Extended content delivered through donations or recurring subscription plans.
3. Blog and Podcast Content
Free-access articles and episodes are provided for informational purposes. No fees apply, and no refunds are necessary.
4. Services (Coaching and Live Events)
Custom coaching sessions and live webinars require advance booking and payment. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once within a six-month window.
5. Information Products
Digital downloads (e-books, guides, recordings) are delivered immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital delivery, these products are not refundable unless there is a technical defect preventing access. In such cases, please contact us for resolution or replacement.
6. Physical Goods
Branded merchandise purchased through our store may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. Donations and Subscriptions
Supporters may contribute one-time donations or join a subscription plan for bonus content. One-time donations are final and not refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no pro-rata refunds for unused time.
8. Refund Policy
We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. For services, refunds occur only for timely cancellations as outlined in section 4. Information products with access issues may be refunded upon verification of the defect. Physical goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and processed within 30 days of receipt.
No transfers of funds occur for one-time donations. Services canceled too close to the start time are not refundable but may be moved to a new date. Digital products once accessed cannot be exchanged for other materials.
9. Modifications to Terms
ExecaVox may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on execavox.digital. Continued use of our site or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
